Norton 360 backup at risk display error

This problem often occurs when none of the files in your backup have been modified since Norton 360’s last backup. Norton then reports an error with a red cross, even though all is well. You will probably see a historical backup in the . We can get round this by adding a new file to, say, My Documents and running the backup again.

Open your Documents folder
Select ‘New’ then ‘Text document’
Rename it ‘test.txt’

In Norton 360 select ‘Run backup now’

This should resolve the problem. I have also seen cases where there were 2 or more backup sets and one was set to ‘Manual’. If the user has not run this backup then it will report an ‘at risk’ fault.

If your Norton renewal is due soon then take a look at this Norton loophole that will save you some serious money
